How can you prove to a judge you should be allowed to get married at 15 and under what circumstances would they allow it

Answer
the minor would need to petition the court for emancipation, which at the age of fifteen is not going to be granted. If the young person is having problems at home that constitute endangerment or neglect, they should contact state social services for assistance.
Answer
you can get married under the age of 18 IF you have a parents consent. As long as your parent signs for it you can do it, in the state of Texas you can get tried to see if you able to get married and if the judge think that y’all are compatible the he will sign a form so you can get married and you parent does have to be present for both the trial and marriage and give consent to it
